Benefits of using a Render
Traditional and Coloured Render is a type of decorative finish applied to the outside of buildings, providing weather protection and an attractive finish.
Render is low maintenance, element resistant and hard wearing. It can be applied to a range of brick, blockwork, and timber frame properties.
- If you choose your desired colour of render from our extensive range of coloured render, then no painting is required. Traditional render can be painted once fully cured.
- Long lasting, in excess of 25 years.

Silicone Thin Coat Renders
Thin-coat acrylic and silicone flexible renders are suited for large projects where regular maintenance could be an issue, thin-coat acrylic and silicone renders are applied on to external walls and are suitable for refurbishment projects where substrate cracking has previously been a problem.
When coupled with a base coat, acrylic and silicone renders outperform other systems. Silicone Thin Coat is available in a variety of colours. See colours here
Silicone Scraped Texture Renders (Monocouche)
Scraped Textured Renders are a premixed, silicone and cement based, breathable render. Silicone adds a high-level water-repellent quality and allows water vapour to pass through the render, meaning dirt does not build up and leaves a crisp finish. Silicone Scraped Texture is available in a variety of colours for a fresh, clean finish and allows your building to “breathe”.

Traditional Render
Traditional Render is a mix of sand and cement. It can be applied to brick, block work, concrete and stone. Whilst traditional render has a clean look and a strong structure, without the silicone element it is prone to shrinkage and possible cracking.
To help prevent this a middle layer of fibre mesh can be applied into the render. Traditional render can be painted to a colour of your choice.
